I first started working as a Doorman at the age of 20 to boost my income, but over a few short years I new that it was part of the bigger picture in the security industry, becoming Head doorman of a team of between 8 and 12 staff within a year and holding my position for the following eight years working over some of the busiest night clubs / bars it Manchester .

I have worked with and for some amazing people over the years also building friendships that will last my lifetime. Never burning a bridge or giving cause for bad feelings nor distrust has been the basis of my working life. With over 20 years experience working in front line security on bars and night clubs in and around the Greater Manchester area I then made the move working directly with the general public in the Festival and Event security world working for “Events Security Services Ltd” bringing my professional manner and people skills into practice helping to create a friendly and safe environment for everybody attending our shows and events .

Now 8 years on, I am still learning more about people and the security industry! constantly improving ways of providing a professional and trustworthy service to all clients.
